Apps and availability
Use the same Cedar account across the web app, Cedar Wallet for iOS, and the Chrome extension. Each surface has a clear job.
| App | Best for |
|---|---|
| Web app | Creating an account, Pocket, balances, sends, and account tasks |
| Cedar Wallet for iOS | Vault setup, phone approval, security changes, and recovery |
| Chrome extension | Connecting Pocket or Vault to crypto apps |
Web app
Section titled “Web app”Open Cedar Wallet in a supported browser. Nothing needs to be installed.
Cedar Wallet for iOS
Section titled “Cedar Wallet for iOS”Install the early-access iOS app with TestFlight. Use it when an action needs phone approval, including Vault setup and recovery.
Phone approval and device-backed recovery are currently iPhone-only. Cedar does not substitute a software key on Android when those protections are required.
Chrome extension
Section titled “Chrome extension”Install the Cedar Wallet Internal Tester extension, then sign in with the same Cedar account. Read Connect Cedar to a crypto app before approving your first connection.
Android
Section titled “Android”Cedar does not currently provide an Android app. You can use the web app from a supported Android browser or passkey provider, but Vault setup, phone approval, and emergency recovery still require Cedar Wallet for iOS.
Networks
Section titled “Networks”Available networks come from Cedar’s live configuration. Use the selector in the app and read Networks and fees before requesting tokens or connecting to a crypto app.
